CreditBook collects information to provide seamless digital ledger services. The information may include:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
• Business Details: Business name, address, category, and GSTIN.
• Customer & Ledger Data: Customer names, phone numbers, balances, and transaction entries including given/received amounts, dates, and payment methods.

2. How Data is Used & Stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage with encrypted database connections.

We use the collected information solely to:

• Display and calculate your credit and debit ledgers accurately.
• Generate PDF business statements and transaction receipts.
• Sync data seamlessly across your authorized devices.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We enforce strict data isolation protocols. Your financial ledger data is never sold, shared, or analyzed for external marketing. We use industry-standard encryption protocols during transit and storage.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain ownership of your data. You may export your ledger history as PDF statements at any time.

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated customer ledger records directly from the Account Settings screen or by contacting support.
